Bring the never-ending studies and ever-expanding permitting costs to a close and move on to a permit decision. I appreciate the time and effort that must go into creating an environmental impact statement. Coal should not be treated differently than other commodities. The opposition will use the precedent set by these studies to justify why every commodity must study global impacts. This is an abuse of SEPA that was never intended to be used to kill the export of a legal commodity. We need to move this project along. Thank you for your consideration
