The world needs coal and it might as well come from the United States. We have the resources and Millennium Bulk Terminals has a plan to make it happen at Longview. Please support the environmental study. Coal is not toxic especially in regards to the elements / minerals contained in coal. Coal is not toxic in water coal is not soluble and chemical bonds are only released through burning. The DOE approved water treatment facility at the old Reynolds aluminum site (now MBTL) has large water filters that contain anthracite coal to clean the water. The final water polishing step before being discharged to the river is coal and has been for decades. No further study is needed! This is an old industrial property being redeveloped. Keep the review to what is normal and factual. Sincerely, Philip Brotherton brotherton6309@comcast.net 98671
